The Sausage Project rolls on

As the sausage project continues the flavours have been whittled down to 3. Some fantastic suggestions came in from the children at William Fletcher School.

Some of the suggestions included Pork and Crackling, Honey, Cranberries, Walnuts and Orange Zest and Pork and Pear but unfortunately for various reasons these didn’t quite make it into the top three – they do sound delicious though!

The three finalists which will be made by the children at the Meat Joint Butchers are:

  • Maple Syrup and Chilli
  • Tomato, Mozarella and mixed herbs
  • Courgette, sun-dried tomato and peppers.

These will then go to the final to be judged (tough gig that one!) and the winner shall be produced to be sold at our Yarnton store. Follow us on Facebook to keep up to date!
