Employee of the Month: Tracy Farley (Brize Norton)

As you may be aware Pam (Brize Norton store Manager) has unfortunately been off for the last few months with a broken shoulder. In her absence it's fair to say that Tracy (assistant manager) has really stepped up and the store is running as smoothly as ever. We all know what a busy period it has been for the stores during the pandemic but Tracy has made sure that not only is Brize running as it should but has been ever present helping on the shop floor Her energy and passion is obvious to see on a day to day basis and why she was nominated by her fellow colleagues.
