Employee of the month: James Kumar (Yarnton)

James is a very well liked member of staff and a huge part of the team at Yarnton. He runs the bakery incredibly well, working on his own initiative as well as helping to make sure other bakery colleagues are up to date with how things should be done. During the availability issues in the past month the store never ran out of items due to James’ foresight. He also makes suggestions on how he feels we can increase sales, including bringing back the morning breakfast baps which been a winner. Well done James - well deserved!
