Employee of the Month: Tracy Hunt (Three Mile Cross)

Tracy has been with us for the last 18 months and has taken on more and more responsibility as time has progressed. In recent times she has taken on the role of running the bakery due to sickness cover, ensuring the standards have been kept up and covering shifts, really making sure it runs as smoothly as possible, all whilst learning new skills and showing others what to do.
