Employee of the Month: Josh Henry (Brize Norton Subway)

Congratulations to Josh Henry, our latest Employee of the Month! Josh has been part of the Fraser’s team for five years and has consistently been a dependable and valued colleague. Over recent weeks, he’s really stepped up, showing fantastic commitment and flexibility by helping to cover weekends whenever needed. Most notably, while his manager was on holiday, Josh took responsibility for dealing with a range of issues, handling everything confidently and keeping the store running smoothly without needing to ask for support. His willingness to take ownership, remain calm under pressure and support the wider team has not gone unnoticed. A huge thank you to Josh for all his hard work and congratulations on being a well-deserved Employee of the Month.
