Employee of the Month: Aled Osmond (Yarnton)

Congratulations to Aled Osmond, our Employee of the Month! It’s not often this award goes to one of our part-time student team members, but Aled’s contribution this summer has certainly earned the recognition.

Aled has been with us since 2022 and returns during his university holidays to help cover shifts. This summer, he has really stepped up, providing valuable cover for a colleague on long-term absence. Mainly working on the tills, Aled always brings a smile, delivers great customer service and regularly helps customers carry their shopping to their cars.
