Employee of Month - Sophie Roberts (Yarnton)

This month was a pretty easy Employee of the Month for the team to decide. As you will be aware an increase in crime against retail shops has been highlighted in the media of late and Frasers Budgens are no exception.

As commented on last month Sophie (Yarnton Manager) raised this with the Oxford Mail which in turn gained an audience with the Thames Valley Crime Commissioner. She was then invited to talk at the Thames Valley Crime conference in front of 200+ police officers, and did it with authority and conviction! Well done Soph, you went above and beyond here and did us, and the retail community proud
