Employee of the Month: Sandi Blackburn (Three Mile Cross)
Sandi has worked for Frasers Retail for over 6 years, initially co-managing our Marlborough site. When the opportunity to work at Three Mile Cross came up Sandi put her hat in the ring and actually helped run the original store for 4 months.
When the store opened in his current form Sandi took on the role of supervisor and ran the produce and meat section, becoming an integral part of the store. Quickly she was promoted to assistant manager and since has never looked back. No job is too big and she really does go out of her way to ensure the store is running as it should. Over the past month Sandi has been a real rock for the management, helping out in various different ways. Sandi’s work ethic and good nature has really shone through in the past month; thank you Sandi! Very well deserved
